Fellows create the Magic.

Fellows are our version of CITs, bridging the gap between experiencing Enjoy Life as a student and leading as a staff member. This is the pinnacle of the Enjoy Life Academy experience, offering invaluable leadership, mentorship, and real-world skills for teens stepping into college or career.

Two ways to become a Fellow:

  1. You have completed the Academy twice.

  2. You have completed the Academy once but are a high school graduate.

The Fellow Experience

  • Learn from an Expert

    The Fellow team is run by Lauren Dunne, a corporate Director who specializes in leading and organizing global teen events and delivering teen leadership education. Fellows are trained by a professional and receive a professional training experience.

  • Become Leadership Certified

    Upon completion of their Academy experience, Fellows receive a Leadership Certification from Enjoy Life Education, Inc. that represents their commitment to growth and success. This certificate is great on a resume and gives the Fellow the courage to crush whatever they do in college and career!

  • Empower the next generation.

    Fellows arrive early to the Academy, receive specialized training, and get to empower and mentor First & Second Years. Fellows judge Squad Challenges, start the dance parties, build the high five tunnels, and be all-out supporters of our new teens. ​

  • Meet Lauren - a Leader, Mentor, and Changemaker.

    Lauren is a dynamic leader with a passion for empowering others and fostering meaningful connections. She earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Anthropology from Gettysburg College and spent a semester at Oxford University through Advanced Studies in England.

    Recognized for her ability to inspire and uplift, Lauren was handpicked by EF senior leadership to lead public speaking and empathy workshops for hundreds of high school students at the 2023 EF Summit in Berlin. Her impact has been celebrated through multiple awards, including EF’s Core Value Award (Nothing is Impossible) - honoring her as the top solution-oriented leader in the Denver office - and the Cultural Care Spirit Award for her outstanding contributions to sales and customer service.

    Lauren thrives in environments where leadership, resilience, and connection come together. Whether guiding teens toward self-discovery or shaping transformative experiences, she brings unstoppable energy and an unwavering belief in the potential of every individual she meets.
